In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 7 of the Court of Appeal Act 1969 and acting in accordance with the advice of the Judicial Service Commission, I hereby appoint Mr Liam James Yeats to be Registrar of the Court of Appeal from 1 February 2013 to 31 January 2016.
