Appointment Of A Master

Pursuant to Section 38B of the Supreme Court Act, and acting in accordance with the advice of the Judicial Service Commission, the Governor has appointed Maurice Turnock to be a Master for the purpose of the Civil Procedure Rules with effect from the 21st day of May 2010.
