Appointment of Examiners Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 6 of the Traffic Act 2005, the Licensing Authority has made the following Order for the purpose of appointing the Chief Examiner, additional examiners and temporary examiners–
Title.
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Examiners Order 2022.
Commencement.
2. This Order comes into operation on the day of publication.
Appointments.
3. The Licensing Authority has appointed the following persons as the Chief Examiner, additional examiners and temporary examiners respectively–

Duration of temporary examiner appointments.
4. The appointments of all temporary examiners are for a period of 6 months with effect from the day of publication of this Order.
Revocation.
5. The Appointment of Examiners Order 2017 is revoked.
