Appointment of Members to the Development Appeals Tribunal

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 39(2) and Schedule 2 of the Town Planning Act 2018, the Chief Minister has appointed the following persons as members to the Development Appeals Tribunal for a period of one year ending on 30 January 2027:
- The Hon Nigel Feetham (Chairman)
- The Hon Christian Santos
- Mr Stuart Menez
- Mr John Joe De La Paz
- Mr Seth Galia
The following persons have been appointed as alternates-
- Ms Samantha J Grimes
- Mr Rajesh Kishin Alwani
- Mr Maximillian Anthony Torres
