In the exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Rule 5A of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Procedure) Rules 2016, the Minister with responsibility for employment has appointed Mr Joseph Louis Yome to be the secretary to the Employment Tribunal with effect from 6 September 2021 in place of Mrs Susan Wink Sampere whose appointment is revoked.
