Dangerous Dogs (Exemption Fee) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 590 of the Crimes Act, the Minister has made the following Order–
Title.
1. This Order may be cited as the Dangerous Dogs (Exemption Fee) Order 2023.
Commencement.
2. This Order comes into operation on the 1st August 2023.
Fee.
3.(1) The fee for the certificate of exemption under section 590 of the Crimes Act 2011 is £57.50.
(2) The Dangerous Dogs (Exemption Fee) Order 2022 is revoked.
