Dangerous Dogs (Exemption Fee) Order 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 590 of the Crimes Act, the Minister has made the following Order–
Title.
1. This Order may be cited as the Dangerous Dogs (Exemption Fee) Order 2024.
Commencement.
2. This Order comes into operation on 1 August 2024.
Fee.
3.(1) The fee for the certificate of exemption under section 590 of the Crimes Act 2011 is £59.00.
(2) The Dangerous Dogs (Exemption Fee) Order 2023 is revoked.
