Dangerous Dogs (Exemption Fee) Order 2026

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 590 of the Crimes Act 2011, the Minister has made the following Order–
Title.
1. This Order may be cited as the Dangerous Dogs (Exemption Fee) Order 2026.
Commencement.
2. This Order comes into operation on 1 August 2026.
Fee.
3.(1) The fee for the certificate of exemption under section 590 of the Crimes Act 2011 is £62.50.
(2) The Dangerous Dogs (Exemption Fee) Order 2025 is revoked.
