In exercise of the powers conferred upon the it by section 4 (1) and section 3(6) of the Gibraltar Development Corporation Act, 1990, the Government declares that the office of The Hon. Neil Costa as a member of the Board to the Gibraltar Development Corporation is vacant since 17th October 2019 and that The Hon. Vijay Daryanani be appointed as member of the Board to the Gibraltar Development Corporation.
