In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 5(1) of the Misleading and Comparative Advertising Act 2001, the Minister appoints the CEO of the Office of Fair Trading as Consumer Officer to administer the provisions of the Act.
The designation of the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority in Legal Notice No 2002/058 is revoked.
