In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by regulation 4(1)(d) of the Tobacco Control Regulations 2020, the Chief Minister has appointed the following persons as a members of the focal point for tobacco control-
Dr Helen Carter, Director of Public Health
Paul Peralta, Parliamentary Counsel
