In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 2 to the Income Tax Act, the Minister responsible for public finance has appointed the following persons as members of the Income Tax Tribunal:-

Mr Guy Derek Canessa
These appointments are effective from 21st May 2026.
