In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 2 to the Income Tax Act 2010, the Chief Minister has reappointed Mrs Hayley Lopez to be Clerk to the Income Tax Tribunal with effect from 7th August 2026 until 26th August 2026.
