In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 2 to the Income Tax Act 2010, the Minister responsible for public finance has appointed Ms Nicola Borrell as Clerk to the Income Tax Tribunal with effect from 27th August 2026.
