Notice of Appointment of Competent Authority

In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 98A of the Public Health Act, and of all other enabling powers, the Government has appointed the Environmental Agency Limited to be the competent authority of dispatch and destination for the purposes of Part IIA of the Act.
