Notice of Appointment of Competent National Authority

In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 99(1) of the Public Health Act, and of all other enabling powers, the Government has appointed the Environmental Agency Limited, whose registered office is at No. 3, Bell Lane, Gibraltar, to be the competent national authority for the purposes of implementing sections 99, 110 and 111 of the Public Health Act.
