In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 2 to the Income Tax Act 2010, the Chief Minister has reappointed Ms Monica Duran to be Deputy Clerk to the Income Tax Tribunal with effect from 7th August 2026.
