NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF MARITIME ADMINISTRATOR

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3(1) of the Gibraltar Merchant Shipping (Registration) Act, 1993 and section 3(1) of the Gibraltar Merchant Shipping (Safety, Etc.) Act, 1993, the Minister has appointed Dylan Cocklan as the Maritime Administrator with effect from 8th October 2021.
This Notice revokes Legal Notice No.35 of 2019 and supersedes any other previous appointment as Maritime Administrator.
