Notice of Appointment of Member of the Decision Making Committee of the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 6 to the Financial Services Act 2019, the Minister with responsibility for financial services has appointed Valerie Holliday as a legally qualified member of the Decision Making Committee of the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission with effect from 1st January 2024 until 16th January 2026.
