In exercise of the powers conferred upon her by regulation 3 of the Safeguarding Adults Board Regulations 2025, the Minister with responsibility for the Care Agency has appointed the following persons as members of the Safeguarding Adults Board with immediate effect –
Owain Richards – Commissioner of Police
Helen Carter – Director of Public Health
Reagan Lima – Chief Executive Officer, Gibraltar Sports and Leisure Authority
