Notice of Appointment of Panel Members for Complaint Hearings

It is notified for general information that, pursuant to paragraph 8C of Schedule 1 and 7C of Schedule 8 to the Medical and Health Act, 1997, the Minister with responsibility for Health has appointed the following persons to be panel members for complaint hearings established by the Medical Registration Board and the Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Registration Board respectively–

                Dr Joanna Shelley, appointed on 9th October 2026 for a period of two years.

                Mr Shiraz Ziblim, appointed on 9th October 2026 for a period of two years.

                Dr Hamish Thomson, appointed on 26th October 2026 for a period of two years.
