Notice of Appointment of Secretary to the Development Appeals Tribunal

In exercise of the powers conferred upon her by paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 2 to the Town Planning Act 2018, the Minister with responsibility for Town Planning has appointed Nicholas Peliza, in place of Monica Stevens, as secretary to the Development Appeals Tribunal for a period of one year ending 4th September 2026.
