In exercise of the powers conferred on him by rule 2(1) of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Procedure) Rules 2016, the Minister with responsibility for Employment has appointed Ms Gabrielle O’Hagan as the President of the Employment Tribunal for a period of 3 years with effect from 16 February 2026.
