Notice Of Appointment Of Valuation Officer

It is notified for general information that in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 290(1) of the Public Health Act the Government has appointed Mrs Rachel Louise Vallejo to be the Valuation Officer for the purpose of valuing the several premises in Gibraltar.
It is further notified that Mrs Rachel Louise Vallejo made and subscribed before the Chief Justice on 18th December 2023 the oath prescribed in Section 290(3) of the said Act.
