Notice of Appointment to the Gibraltar Investor Compensation Board 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister by paragraph 4 of Schedule 21 to the Financial Services Act 2019, the Minister has made the following appointments to the Gibraltar Investor Compensation Board-

Members.

Goncalo Cascais, nominated by the Gibraltar Bankers Association, is appointed as a member of the Board in place of Mark Dellipiani.

Alternate members.

Tyrone Vinet, nominated by the Gibraltar Bankers Association, is appointed as an alternate member of the Board in place of Antonio Honorio.

Duration of appointments.

The persons appointed under this Notice are to serve for the remainder of the terms of office of the persons they replace, until 25th February 2026.
