Notice Of Appointment To The Medical Appeals Tribunal

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 35 of the Social Security (Employment Injuries Insurance) Act, the Minister with responsibility for Social Affairs has appointed the following to be members of the Medical Appeals Tribunal: -
1. Dr Helen Carter – Medical practitioner.
2. A medical specialist, designated by Dr Helen Carter in respect of each case, pertinent to the disability of the appellant.
Legal Notices No. 69 of 2006 and No. 89 of 2019 are hereby revoked.
