Notice Of Appointment To The Mental Health Review Tribunal

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Section 90 and Schedule 2 of the Mental Health Act 2016, the Minister with responsibility for Health has appointed the following persons to the Mental Health Review Tribunal for the period 22 August 2023 to 21 August 2025.
As legal members in accordance with paragraph (1) (a) of Schedule 2 –

Joseph Nunez
As medical members in accordance with paragraph (1)(b) of Schedule 2-

Dr David Pariente
Maria Teresa Curtis is no longer a member of the Board after her resignation.
