Notice of Approval of Intoximeter Devices

In exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 63C and 65(7) of the Traffic Act 2005 and all other enabling powers, the Government has approved-
- the following devices as the type of devices to be used under section 63C(1)-
- the Dräger Alcotest 5820; and
- the Dräger Alcotest 6000; and
- the Lion Intoxilyzer 6000, as the type of device to be used under section 65(1).
Legal Notice no. 337 of 2020 is replaced.
