Notice of Charges Under Regulation 14

In exercise of the powers conferred on her by regulation 14(5) of the Gibraltar Merchant Shipping (Port Waste Reception Facilities) Regulations 2002 the Minister has set the following charges to be paid to the Port Authority under regulation 14(4)-

These charges are calculated on the basis of the MARPOL tariff scheme.
