In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister with responsibility for Financial Services by Rule 2 of the Qualifying (Category 2) Individuals Rules 2004, the Minister has designated Julian Baldachino as the public officer responsible for discharging the functions of the Finance Centre Director under those Rules, until 31st December 2024.
Legal Notice No.9 of 2024 is hereby revoked.
