In exercise of the powers conferred on him by regulation 16, read with regulation 15, of the Traffic (Parking and Waiting) Regulations 2011, the Minister has designated the following as a Pay and Display Zone–
GLACIS ROAD LAY-BY
The car parking bays located within the lay-by at Glacis Road by Portland House as shown in the diagram below and demarcated by traffic signs and blue paint on the ground is a Pay and Display Zone.
