Notice of Designation for Pay and Display Zone

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by regulation 16, read with regulation 15, of the Traffic (Parking and Waiting) Regulations 2011, the Minister has designated the following as a Pay and Display Zone–

SOUTH PAVILION CAR PARK (Part of) and SOUTH PAVILION ROAD

The car parking area on the upper level of South Pavilion Car Park, adjacent to South Pavilion Road, and the parking bays on South Pavilion Road, adjacent to South Pavilion Court as shown in the diagram in red and demarcated by traffic signs and blue paint on the ground, is a Pay and Display Zone.

This Pay and Display Zone comes into operation on the 19th December 2019.

Legal Notice No. 219 of 2019 is hereby revoked.
