Notice of Designation of Competent Authority

In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 180A of the Public Health Act, and of all other enabling powers, the Government has appointed the Environmental Agency Limited, whose registered office is at No.3, Bell Lane, Gibraltar, to be the competent authority for the purposes of Part IVA of the Public Health Act.
