Pay and Display Zone Designation

 In exercise of the powers conferred on me by regulation 16 of the Traffic (Parking and Waiting) Regulations 2011 as read with regulation 15, there is designated as a Pay and Display Zone the following zone−

All the parking spaces enclosed in the car park situated to the West side of the Gibraltar International Airport, British Lines Road, with the exception of:

1. parking bays demarcated by traffic signs for the sole use of authorised permit holders;
2. parking bays demarcated by traffic signs for the sole use of public service vehicles used under a road service licence issued under the Transport Act 1998;
3. parking bays demarcated by traffic signs for the sole use of public service vehicles used under a road passenger transport operator licence issued under the Transport Act 1998. 

This notice comes into operation on the 26th September 2012.
