In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 2(3) of the Banking and Financial Dealings Act, and of all other enabling powers, the Government has made the following Order–
Title.
1. This Order may be cited as the State Funeral of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Order 2022.
Monday 19th September 2022 - State Funeral of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
2. It is hereby declared that Monday 19th September shall be a Bank Holiday in the year 2022.
