Appointment of Members to the Development Appeals Tribunal

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 39(2) and Schedule 2 of the Town Planning Act 2018, the Chief Minister has appointed the following persons as members to the Development Appeals Tribunal for a period of one year ending on 30 January 2026:

- The Hon Christian Santos
- Maximillian Anthony Torres
- Stuart Menez
- John Joe De La Paz
- Seth Galia
The following persons have been appointed as alternates-
- Samantha J Grimes
- Rajesh Kishin Alwani
