In exercise of the powers conferred on him by regulation 16, read with regulation 15, of the Traffic (Parking and Waiting) Regulations 2011, the Minister has designated the following as a Pay and Display Zone–
BOYD STREET
The car parking area on Boyd Street on the ex-Queens Cinema site, as shown in the diagram and demarcated by traffic signs and blue paint on the ground, is a Pay and Display Zone.
